Baked Garlic Parmesan Potato Wedges Recipe

  • 4 large russet potatoes, cut into wedges
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, toss potato wedges with olive oil, garlic, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  • Arrange wedges in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  • Bake for 30–35 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
