8 oz pasta of choice
2 cups broccoli florets
2 chicken breasts, cubed
1 tbsp olive oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Cook pasta according to package instructions. In the last 2 minutes of cooking, add broccoli to the pot. Drain and set aside.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté chicken until golden and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes. Remove from skillet.
In the same skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant. Add heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
Combine pasta, broccoli, and chicken in the skillet. Toss well to coat with the sauce. Season with salt and pepper. Serve warm.

Substitute heavy cream with half-and-half for a lighter option.
