Chicken and Broccoli Pasta Recipe

This creamy, flavorful pasta combines tender chicken, fresh broccoli, and a rich, savory sauce for a quick and satisfying meal. Perfect for busy weeknights!

  • 8 oz pasta of choice
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 chicken breasts, cubed
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Cook pasta according to package instructions. In the last 2 minutes of cooking, add broccoli to the pot. Drain and set aside.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté chicken until golden and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes. Remove from skillet.
  • In the same skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant. Add heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  • Combine pasta, broccoli, and chicken in the skillet. Toss well to coat with the sauce. Season with salt and pepper. Serve warm.

  • Substitute heavy cream with half-and-half for a lighter option.
  • Add a pinch of red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
