This rich and indulgent pasta dish combines tender chicken, a creamy parmesan sauce, and sundried tomatoes for a meal that’s perfect for a cozy dinner.

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
8 oz pasta (penne or fettuccine)
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup grated parmesan cheese
¼ cup sundried tomatoes, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Cook the pasta: Boil pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Prepare the chicken: Season chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Heat olive oil in a skillet, cook chicken until golden and fully cooked, about 6–8 minutes per side. Remove and slice.
Make the sauce: In the same skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant. Add heavy cream, parmesan cheese, and sundried tomatoes. Simmer until slightly thickened.
Combine: Toss the cooked pasta and chicken slices into the sauce. Mix well until coated.
Serve: Garnish with extra parmesan and serve warm.
Notes
Swap sundried tomatoes for fresh cherry tomatoes if preferred.
Use any pasta shape you like for variety.
For a lighter version, substitute heavy cream with half-and-half.
