  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan

Instructions

  • Cook the tortellini according to package directions; drain and set aside.
  • In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  • Add cherry tomatoes and cook until softened.
  • Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan, and basil. Simmer for 2 minutes.
