1 package cheese tortellini
1 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup grated Parmesan
1 tsp dried basil
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Cook the tortellini according to package directions; drain and set aside.
In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant.
Add cherry tomatoes and cook until softened.
Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan, and basil. Simmer for 2 minutes.
Add cooked tortellini, toss to coat, and season with salt and pepper.
Serve warm, garnished with extra Parmesan if desired.
