2 cups cooked chow mein noodles
1 lb chicken breast, thinly sliced
1 cup shredded cabbage
1 cup julienned carrots
1/2 cup sliced green onions
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp grated ginger
Instructions
Heat sesame oil in a large skillet or wok. Add chicken and cook until golden brown.
Add garlic and ginger, cooking until fragrant.
Stir in cabbage, carrots, and green onions, cooking until tender.
Mix soy sauce and oyster sauce in a bowl, then pour over the chicken and veggies. Stir well.
Add cooked noodles and toss to coat evenly. Cook for 2–3 minutes, allowing the flavors to combine.
Serve hot, garnished with additional green onions if desired.
