500g chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup breadcrumbs
2 tbsp honey
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup water
1 tbsp cornstarch, dissolved in water
Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
Prepare the chicken: Coat chicken pieces in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
Fry the chicken: Heat oil in a deep skillet and fry chicken until golden and crispy. Drain on paper towels.
Make the sauce: In a pan, sauté garlic in a little oil. Add honey, soy sauce, and water. Bring to a simmer and thicken with cornstarch slurry.
