Instructions

  • Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water.
  • In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  • Stir in heavy cream and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and smooth.
  • Toss the cooked pasta with the sauce, adding reserved pasta water for desired consistency.
