Easy Parmesan Crusted Chicken Sheet Pan Dinner Recipe

A simple, crispy, and flavorful chicken dish baked to perfection with tender veggies—all on one pan for easy cleanup!

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Mix Parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning in a bowl.
  • Dip chicken in beaten egg, then coat with Parmesan mixture.
  • Place chicken on the sheet pan. Toss veggies with olive oil, salt, and pepper, then arrange around the chicken.
  • Bake for 25 minutes until chicken is golden and reaches 165°F (75°C) internally.
  • Serve hot with a squeeze of lemon if desired.

Notes

  • Swap zucchini for asparagus or broccoli for variety.
  • Use panko breadcrumbs for extra crunch.
