Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/3 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sear salmon fillets until golden, about 3 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant. Stir in sun-dried tomatoes, heavy cream, Parmesan, and Italian seasoning. Simmer for 3-4 minutes.
  • Return salmon to the skillet and spoon the sauce over the fillets. Simmer for 10 minutes until the salmon is fully cooked.
  • Garnish with fresh basil leaves and serve warm.

Notes

  • Use skin-on salmon for added flavor and to prevent overcooking.
  • Pair with steamed veggies or pasta to soak up the creamy sauce.
